What does everyone do? I have one I would like to see gain some weight. We have treated for ulcers. Teeth done etc. I thought about a poet pac but it doesn’t get tape worms. I remember someone saying they did one kind of wormer and then followed with a different one like 2 weeks later and was having better results than with power pak

I've done that - wormed with Panacur and 2 weeks later, with Quest Plus.

Since 1992 I've used daily wormer on all of my horses and worm twice a year with Equimax.  I check for worms in May and all my horses have come back clean except once. ONE time 3 years ago I listened to a new vet and took them off daily wormer for 6 months. When I tested at spring they were LOADED, never again.  I've read about rotating wormers and immunity build up, but so far this has worked for me.
