| I decided to go back to supplementing PP on 2 of my horses since I can easily pick it up from my local vet to avoid shipping costs. Well, I got my 25lb bucket picked up and there was a sample inside of the PP CJ for dogs. I got to looking at the package and noticed it had expired about 2 months prior. I sent an email to PP directly and asked if since the sample had expired if that meant my 25lb bucket was also no good. She had me check the date on the bottom and it had expired February 2nd. So I figured it was probably still good. I told the rep the expiration date... I just received an email from PP telling me they are sending me a brand new 25lb bucket and a bag of the PP CJ for dogs! I am just blown away from their customer service and how quickly they responded to me. I bought the bucket from the vet, I figured they were going to tell me to take it back to him. I decided to go ahead and sign up for their auto ship program so I'll always have fresh PP and its actually cheaper to go thru them than my vet! |

| Yep! I have never received the customer service level from ANY other company like PP. I tried the CJ formula and my horses wouldn’t eat whatever flavor I picked. They immediately sent a replacement of different flavor. No questions asked. They didn’t even have me return the original tub. Lol |

Location: Got Lobsta? | Wow thanks for sharing that! I too believe they have amazing customer service. They sent me a random questionaire and when I filled it out I received a box of goodies! I got a hat, platinum bars, water bottles and a bunch of different samples. |

I'm floored they didnt even ask what vet, or to see a photo or receipt! |

I have not tried anything except the PP wellness. I'm looking forward to trying their canine line on my 3 labs. Its actually very affordable too. |

Lol. My dogs LOVED the wellness formula. They would always be licking the floor in my room where I keep the PP just in case I spilled one crumb. Lolol they said the dog formula was pretty much the same but had canine specific probiotics in it instead of equine. I never did buy the actual canine formula but gave my two corgi females the horse version tiny bit every day. Man they shined !!! My old female was starting to lose weight and she got fat again. |

Location: Arkansas | Love the canine and equine CJ. We're on auto ship with both of them. I wholeheartedly agree with their customer service. Anything I've called on was handled immediately and with a smile! I called about changing shipment dates for my equine, and the young lady asked if there was a problem. I told her no, but that we had just lost our old guy so we could make it a little longer between shipments . She was so sweet and asked his name, what his discipline was (I laughed about that---never described my Doodlebug as having "a discipline" before!!), breed, etc. About a week later I got a condolence card in the mail, signed by I guess everyone in the office. I cried of course; it touched my heart. They are such good people, and I believe a good company also. |

That's so sweet. I just received my shipping confirmation info from them and noticed they are sending me a 46 serving canister of the Canine Platinum CJ not just a sample! Wow... now this is a company who stands behind their products and cares about their customers! |

I really believe it (canine CJ) was the difference when Allie got run over a year ago and amputation was very much an option on her back leg . Between a GOOD vet and the CJ, I think those saved her leg. I hope you love it like we do! She's the grey and white cur--don't know why my pictures aren't posting where I'm currently typing!!

I've got 3 labs.. 2 silver females are still pretty young and goofy and my chocolate, hes about 7 yrs old now. They haven't shown any signs of any joint issues but one thing I do struggle with my girls is their potty issues! The gal at platinum told me this should help straighten their guts out. I've tried just about every dog food out there for them and they still seem to get runny.. had them tested and they are clean from parasites.. vet recommended science diet and that did absolutely zero for them.. I tried using forco and it would help occasionally but not a miracle. They are definitely double trouble lol! |

They're so pretty! They came from Jacob's auction, didn't they? We don't have bathroom issues--between CJ and Forco I think we're covered . I had 2 older dogs (13ish) that had joint issues, and I saw a definite difference after CJ. They're both gone now, but I saw enough evidence with them to keep using it . I'm thinking it's been about 3 or 4 years now that I've been ordering the canine, even longer on the equine. |

Location: Southern Michigan | I love PP, and yes their customer service is great. It not only has worked wonders on my dog with severe arthritis, but also our cat! Their new feline line is amazing! My rescue cat went from hating people because he was so sore, to now being the biggest love bug, even with kids! Not to mention he has the shinest, silky coat! Our other cat refuses to eat his dry food without a scoop of platinum on top. And the feline line is cheap too. I truely believe PP helped my dog get a couple good years of natural arthritis relief before we had to eventually incorporate deramaxx from the vet. |

| So far my dogs seem to like eating it on top of their food. My older lab can be picky but he ate it all up yesterday. Hes very odd, he LOVES coconut oil.. I put a big scoop in my coffee each morning and as soon as he sees me with the jar he comes over and waits for me to give him a scoop into his feed dish he eats it straight up lol! |
