My horse rides soft, is well broke. She is very ratey. Lately I've been knocking barrels. She is cutting off her turn. Slightly dropping her shoulder, I lift, she rates more, we knock. I saw where Molly Powell used the Rate and Turn on Slider with great success. I thought I might give it a try. Just looking at it makes me think of the Pretzel bit. I was hoping some of you could give me some insight before I hit the checkout button. ??
eta: I have done drills, lots of inside leg, etc. I never have thought that much about a bit to fix it, just thinking it won't hurt to try something different.
Have used both bits. Love the Molly bits. Plus she is so great to work with!!!

Thanks for your input!
I have both bits, I like the Moly Powell bit with the chain sides a little better on my gelding than the Pretzel. He is pretty light mouthed but has a tendency to want to get a little front endy in his turns if I don't ride him correctly. The chain seems to slow down the "snappy" my hands tend to get and gives him that chance to respond before the port really contacts.
