Is it really?  I mean really, going to hurt?

I did a Whole30 (no grains, no soy, no sugar or artificial sweetners, no alcohol, no dairy, no legumes - and I feel like I could be forgetting something, for 30 days) round after the first of the year to tighten my diet back up - one line on the website really struck me and set my attitude for the whole thing.

“Whole30 is not hard.  Fighting cancer is hard.  This, is not hard.”

Makes you think.  I know your comment is probably a little tongue in cheek, but when you’re craving bread or chips - remember, what you’re doing isn’t hard in the grand scheme of things.

I gave up sodas with sugar. Its my vice, so I'm trying to drink tons of water and flavored water, and remember that I'm one of the most fortunate people in the world to have access to clean water.
