I'm looking for a new cinch and I'm finding it hard to find any without those roller buckles!?

In my head I'm thinking they would come undone quicker if something happens? Silly thought maybe?

Both of my back cinches have roller buckles. I put my back-cinch flush to the skin and have never had a problem.

I have multiples with roller buckles.  They make it SO much easier to cinch up, but that being said, you can overtighten one pretty easily.  I've never had an issue with them breaking though.

That's all I use....never had one break. But as Nateracer mentioned, they're easy to over tighten. My mare tends to be a bit of a blow fish when I go to cinch her up, and using a roller buckle cinch makes it so much easier

Roller cinches are easier on my back and wrists.

This!!!! My mare is the same way. I swear she could beat the world record for amount of time someone can hold their breath. I love them but a lot of people don’t because you can get them too tight.
