Location: Missouri | Looking for a natural vitamin E supplement, and all I am aware of is MVP's Natual E. Anyone have any other recommendations? Also looking for a good selenium supplement. I know MVP sells a selenium/vitamin E combo but I'm not sure if the E used in that product is natural or synthetic.... |

| Sunflower seeds. I've gone back to these because they are like the perfect supplement to balance so much. They rebalance my calcium:phosphorus, high in good fats, vitamin E, selenium, magnesium. I've gone to kernels only so they are more bioavailable to the crew. 100% natural. |

Location: Texas | IDK if you live in an area where selenium is a problem or not. If you are wanting the benefits of vitamin E, I give it by itself. And I use the KER Elevate vitamin E powder or water soluble liquid. |

Someone recommended this to me, as well as SUP-ER products. |

Thanks! I'll look into it. It's so so where I'm at from what I've been told as far as selenium being an issue. Horse has to be on E bc she has a mild case of EPM. I'm about out of the liquid of E the vet gave me to start with. But he said as long as I stuck with a natural source of E and his guidelines as far as iUs for the next 6 months and then going forward, I didn't have to continue with the liquid I got from him. The liquid is a pain in the rear bc she refuses to eat it on her feed, so I have to use a syringe. So was hoping to find a pellet or crumbles or the like. |

My understanding is about 4000 iU is considered maintenance. My mare is currently on 9000 iU, then we will wean to 4500 iU, then wean to the lifelong maintenance dose of 4000. That said, she has EPM, so I don't know if the maintenance dose is higher for an EPM horse vs a horse that you're just giving E to for immune health. |

Horses. I get 50 lb bags of hearts and chips ($63 off amazon) and feed 4oz per feed per horse. No need to stick it down (I feed beet pulp shreds so powders have to be stuck with liquid) and they have an amazing amount of nutrients. |

I'm feeding it to a 4yo stud colt who does not get to graze. 3000 IU per day which is 3 of the little blue scoops that come with it. He tested extremely low and since starting him on it approx. a year ago, I have seen a big difference. |

| https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000I1R3DI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I see it's gone up since last purchase -- but a bag goes a long way so I think it's been since Christmas-ish since I purchased. |
