Sounds like good living to me!! Who needs a house?!%$# LOL
Would be a cool ideal for a really young couple, but I would like my privacy when needing to use a potty or shower , if I had to go this way of living for a while I would look into a used camper/travel trailer. But good luck on what you do, sounds like an adventure
We have friends who bought land and a shop had to come before the house. They put their camper in the shop (pretty dang nice camper) and have been living that way. The shop does have some extra amenities like a kitchenette and a bathroom.
Could you look into something like that? I’m assuming the tack room will also have a barn around it? Maybe putting a camper where some extra stalls or hay storage could go later on down the road?

Me too. It took almost six months for the contractors to finish our house in 1993. We had a mobile home to live in so that was no big deal but a tack room....hmmm.
This topic reminds me of a lady years ago who wrote a letter to the editor when her husband was on strike from MDU on how they had to live in a camper with their two children. She neglected to mention that their camper was parked inside a huge indoor riding barn...............................
