| I am very curious if there are any employees of AQHA on here or people who have had a good experience the past few months, who could explain to me why they are going about things this way. Selling and buying quarter horses is a mess right now. But they always cash my large checks within a week of me sending paperwork in. I know this is not news to any of us... but really, what is AQHA thinking? Bad bad executuion of implementing a new system at the expense of their paying and loyal customers.

Location: Peg-Leg Julia Grimm | Just about every group I'm on is complaining about the AQHA main office. I have been waiting months for 3 pieces of business that should have been done in no more than 2 weeks. Their website is a mess, it's very difficult to navagate. And they've been p*ssing people off at a record pace. |

| It's getting to the point having registration papers is near meaningless, with transfers/registrations/DNA getting "lost", keeping track of current owners and records while horses are being sold is going to get hairy. |

Location: SW MO | I love that they are blaming it on the new computer system and it's been falling apart for over 2 yrs. They say they are 90 days behind on registeration, and the new on line foal registeration is a night mare. A lot of their problem is they want to add as many steps and fees to a process as they can. People need to start contacting their sponsors & affiliates all AQHA cares about anymore is money. They have no respect at all for their members |

Maybe that's the ticket. The papers are $300 (several years ago) but everything else is all inclusive. No transfers needed ever. |

This would **** me off even more. So if you pay this person you essentially jump the line which means those that don’t wait even longer. I need to send my papers in on 2 horses to get their brands added to the papers but I’m actually scared to based on everything I’ve heard. |

You should be able to find that on their website. Do you have a login? |

Well this would really tick me off, so this lady can get it all done faster if you send her a fee for taking the papers and the Reg. fee over to AQHA for you over others that have been waiting to get their papers back for months or a year, so this proves that you need to have some pull to get your papers back in a reasonable time? I think it's really unfair to the ones that have been waiting and waiting for months to get things done with AQHA, AQHA should be ashamed of themselves for taking Rachel over the ones that been waiting..AQHA needs to get their act together and treat everyone fair and get papers back to owners, I think they should not be cashing checks untill after the papers are finished and mailed off. |
