Preference on either of these saddles? Can you get up and really use your body in either of these saddles? I've tried a BM and felt stuck and didn't like the "free" stirrups.

Horse has wide shoulders / back and has some withers.

I've never tried the JJ treeless, but I have two of the LL Flex2 saddles from Circle Y and I just love them. (of course, now that Lisa went to Martin, the Circle Y version is called "badlands")

I have the Flex2 wide for my beefy wide back QH and the regular for my big-shouldered-with-withers QH. They really fit well.
