it pours. . . . Fish feed

Storm hit last night and blew the lid off feed bin and this is what we have

man thats going to really stink when it gets heated up, pew pew .. 

Oh no!!! We had a surprise thunderstorm roll thru last night. I was getting ready to get to bed and heard my wind chimes banging around on the back porch.. walked outside and saw the ugly clouds coming with lightening in the distance .. it was really eerie.. the horses weren't running to the barn like they usually do when we get bad storms so I figured maybe it wont be so bad... I lost a few chairs off the deck and a ice chest but other than that it wasnt too bad! I was able to ride in the pasture but not my arena 

Oh no! I am so sorry to see all that feed go to waste... Chandler is due for a turn of luck any day now!!

Yep nothing but nothing smells worse to me than rotten fish feed. . . 

He's got a vacuum truck coming in am to hopefully get what's salvageable back in bin.  And thank the good Lord insurance should help.   But I agree, Layne, please Lord bless his farm

I hope he recovers the majority of that! What a mess. . and I bet it is stinky!

Thank y'all for the kind words.   They got it sucked up and put down at the shop (what may be salvageable).   He's gonna tarp it and go from there.    Just one of those freaky things---which we seem to find quite common out here. . .
