| Psalm 107:33-43 He turns rivers into a wilderness, and the watersprings into dry ground; a fruitful land into barrenness for the wickedness of those who dwell in it. He turns a wilderness into pools of water, and dry land into watersprings. There He makes the hungry dwell, threat they may establish a city for a dwelling place. And sow fields, and plant vineyards, that they may yield a fruitful harvest. The psalmist has described many trials that a person can face in this life. These trials can acatually become trails that lead people closer to the Lord. In fact, the darker the trial, the brighter the love of God shines. Think about those who wandered in the wilderness. Without the wandering they would have never experienced the deliverance of God. Those who were oppressed in bondage would not have experienced the release of God without the bondage. As you walk with the Lord into and through the darkness of trials, remember that the darker it gets, the tighter you should grip HIs hand. As you grip His hand , you will become more and more AWARE of His everlasting lovingkindness. Don't allow your trials, to sideline you. Give THANKS to the Lord for the trial, knowing that this difficulty inyor ulife will eventually reveal more of God's lovingkindness toward you. For it is WITH God ALL things ARE POSSIBLE Matthew 19:26 Father God, guide me today to DO ALL things that will bring GLORY and HONOR TO You AMEN |
