Get some isoxuprine from your vet !!! That stuff works amazing for stone bruise !!! 5-7 pills twice a day and you will see results in 24-36 hours. My vet has me leave my horse on it a week. I had a horse bruise so bad he was almost non weight bearing. I thought be broke a bone in his foot. He was 50/50 in 24 hours and sound in 3 days. It opens up the blood flow and lets the body get to the bruise. 

Is it pills that you just crush and put in their feed?

You can put some gorilla tape on the bottom. It will stay on the foot for a day or so , even if the tape comes off.

Yep! Tiny tiny ones. Even my picky horses eat them zero problems. 

I will pack a foot with Epsom Salt Poultice, works like a charm every time!

How many days do you do it for?

I will pack the foot every day for 2 or 3 days and it is always gone. I use a diaper and duct tape and change it every 24 hours. Always have this stuff on hand!
