Planning on moving to Arkansas north of Conway about a half an hour.  Can you tell me of any associations that have barrel races in that part of Arkansas or semi close to that area?  Thanks so much!

There are a lot of barrel races in central Arkansas, If you are on facebook there is a page named Jana Knows Where The Barrel Races Are and she posts weekly races all over. There is also another girl that is from that area I believe that posts races in Arkansas specificailly. At Conway Josh Andrews has races at Horse Power quite a bit too. 

Elisabeth Geisler is who posts all the arkansas jackpots every week.   You'll be within an easy drive of a lot of them.  ABRA has a lot of central AR events, both jackpots and horseshow barrels, there's a winter series at Tri-county between Hensley and Redfield, about an hour from where you will live, that starts in October, I think there's been a weekly series in Conway this summer but I didn't pay close attention.    We have SBA that's based in the southeast part but some of our events are more central--we were in White Hall last month, Star City in August, and will have one at Tri-County in September.  September in Stuttgart too, which isn't far from Little Rock.  We actually have a few members from the Conway area.

Lots of really big barrel races in Texarkana. Quite a few in Bastrop LA— very north LA.
