Anyone deal with a wobbler.... very mild case.. a 1 on a scale from 1-5.  

My foal in 2001 was born with wobblers... I dont recall the severity as I was a teenager but he drug his back toes. He fell often when tearing around like babies do. We put him down because we were afraid he would go down on the ice and get hurt. He would have only been a pasture pet.

I started one... he tripped quite a bit and went down a couple times while doing slow work in the first 30 rides. I finally told the owner I felt he needed to see a vet and they diagnosed wobblers. He has been a pasture pet ever since and you would never know he has it out there but he felt dangerous to ride.

If it’s a 1 now, and neurological issues are starting to manifest...it will only be a matter of time before he’s a 5 and a danger to himself or you. Sorry. Been there...done that...have the T-shirt.
