Is there anybody that sill uses any of the CurOst products?  Just curious as there was a new product called Cell Repair ATP & NRF2.  I e-mailed them and asked if it would be good for DSLD horses.  They said yes it would.  So I ordered some but both horses will not eat it, no matter how littled I start them off on it.  I e-mailed the company again and told them they would not eat it and all they said was that the horse(s) probably have other issues.  What does that mean?

I have read in herbal books for horses that sometimes they don’t want to eat the herbs they need but if you persist in offering it to them they will eventually eat it and even seek it out.

Them saying they may have other issues, I’m not sure. Is there mire than one cause for DSDL? If so, maybe they mean you should explore that. Or there are underlying issues you haven’t discovered yet? I truly don’t know. I would ask them to elaborate.

I think they mean your horse probably has digestive issues. I read on the curost website that if they horse won’t it most likely it has ulcers/hindgut issues going on. I did experience this on my own horse. She was on curost for a year and doing great and licked her bucket clean. Than she got some digestive upset/ulcers after a round of injections and she immediately wouldn’t eat her curost anymore until I got her tummy feeling better.

I do, I have for almost 5 years.  I have 4 horses on it, the only time one has refused is because he was on the incorrect blend. You do have to play a bit, but these products are the real deal- as long as you are willing play a bit to find the necessary product for your horse. Mine eat it right up without anything else added to it.

I have had my 2 on the CurOst products for a couple years now but when I added this new blend they would not eat it.  They did but after a few bites they walked away from it.  I don't think they have ulcers.  They are retired and turned out and they are on Forco.  I was hoping they would like this new one as it has the Nfr2 in it.
