the refuge of the early morning will be invade by decisions to be made and deadlines to be met.  For the next twelve hours I will be exposed to the days demands . It is now I must make a choice. Because of Calvary, I AM free to choose. And so I choose, patience, peace, joy, love, faithfulness , self control..yea gotta work on patience and self control...i am at 0 tolerance level with some people.... love, joy peace , patience kindness, faithfulness and self control.. to these I commit my day. If I succeed , I will give thanks. If I fail, I will seek His grace. And then, when this day is done, I will place my head on my pillow and rest...to begin another day. Of choices. Psalm 142:1 cry out to the Lord; I pray to the Lord for mercy.  Ephesians 1:19 You will know that God's power is very great for us who believe. For it is WITH God ALL things are possible Mathe 19:26
