| I am breeding this mare next spring, it will be her first foal. She was a finished barrel horse before getting injured. Just based off pedigree alone, would you cross her on a son of DTF or Tres Sies? Obviously I will also breed based off size, conformation, dispositon, etc. I have a few in mind but this is my first time breeding a mare so I am feeling anxious about making the right decision. I am also open to other crosses as well so don't be afraid to give your opinon!! Thanks

| Since no one responded, I will give you my 2 cents. I personally think DTF has a better resale value and I have seen them crossed on mares similar to yours. What about like Streakin Ta Fame |

Location: Broxton, Ga | I would also suggest something else beside Tres Seis......love him.........BUT.....it can be hard to get the mare in foal......with him.....lots of money you can put out and still not get a baby. So it might be better to try a easier route since this will be your mares first breeding. |

| This is the first i’ve heard that it’s difficukt to get a mare in fo to TS! I am considering him for a mare who is due in May, so I can’t take a chance on low motility. Do you have first hand experience? |

What about The Kandyman
He has been at the top of my list for a while, and still is, but this mare is 15.1 and as wide as she is tall and I would like to add a little height to her. Kandyman is only 15 hands. |

What about like Streakin Ta Fame
I think he would probably be a good cross for her but I can't find anything about him after 2017. No current stud fee, where he is standing, nothing. The owners website isn't even up to date |
