I was recently accepted into an Acclerated BSN program and I'll be starting it at the end of May! It's a 12 month program and they do not allow students to work while in the program and I know I won't be able to compete either. I currently have two horses that I'm running, a friend is taking one and I'm offering a free lease for my other one in order to keep my expenses down while in school next year since I'll be surviving off of loans. Does anyone have any leases I could see or advice on how to go about typing one up? Essentially it is a free lease, all expenses for my gelding will be paid by the person leasing him. 

I suggest you make a special notation regarding insuring the horse.  I personally wouldn't do it at all.  You never know how your horse will come back...new quirks, health issues, crippled or not able to compete....it's all possible.  Insurance will only help defray the cost if something catastrophic happens or medical (if you have them carry major medical).  Be very careful as I have seen it end many good friendships.
