Most  of you have probably seen the video. But a dodge dually towing a bloomer LQ trailer was attacked and looted on a freeway.  Bombs were thrown into the trailer and burned some of the horses inside. The video was insane. What could possibly be the motive to do that to a horse trailer and truck?? I tell you , I would not have been that cool headed as the driver who tried to not run the thugs over. These were not protesters , these were thugs. If I saw that coming and had no other choice , I would have went through that crowd at about 65 MPH !!! Another video showed a truck driver pulled from his truck and assaulted. I would imagine everyone has a right to defend themselves and their property.?!?  Absolutely your life is threatened.

i told  my son and dil  to call sherrif where they live  and ask what are their right . if on hyw and they get stopped by crowd what can they do  i agree i would done same thing as dullay

but in tally they arrested aguy that was in similiar situtation and the mob destroyed his truck

Just heard back from my Hiway patrol friend. She said it would be EASY for a defense lawyer to argue self defense and life and death decision. However , she said if it went to a Jury trial , weird things can happen. So I don't know. 

I can see both sides. Driving in the crowd of upset people, but what was their other option to get moving. I mean you can't just park on the HWY with horses in the trailer. The driver was going slow enough for anyone to move out of the way. He was attempting to be safe. It escalated when someone got run over, but I'm sorry, you should have moved. Police need to keep protestors off the major highways for everyones safety.  

The wack jobs that call them selfs protesters attacked a FedEx driver he got scared when they pointed a gun at him and he drove off and dragged a man to death that he didnt know that he ran over while trying to safe his own life, the the crazys looted the truck.. So freaking sick..

In my opinion standing on a roadway in an attempt to block it sends a clear message that you don't thik your life is of value. So you've got a group of people protesting that black lives matter, or whoevers life matters, but also sending the clear message that the lives of this particualr group don't matter. So I'm probably not going to hesitate to run you over, you've already waived your right to care what the drivers do. And then they're now complaining that the police just let the driver go, well no sh*t sherlock. You can't protest them and expect them to help you, I'd let you fend for yourself. And the kid who threw the gas bomb openly admitted he did it on facebook and was proud of it, which at some point I'm guessing he's going to regret because someone will return the favor on him one day. 

They're just throwing bricks off the overpasses where I'm at & burning the town down. Plus they broke into the zoo & tried to set the animals free. They're not going to like it when law enforcement finally puts their foot down & says enough & starts firing. They've already sent the pepper bombs & rubber bullets out and they weren't phased. 

We live south of tulsa & go there alot. My husband has a dr appo there next week. We are both not thrilled about going, but he has to. It's his pre dr appo for his knee replacement which he has to have. All I have to say is if this happened to me & my horses, the protesters would be looking at the barrel on my glock . I am sickened that the cops actually found out who these people were " horse owners" & questioned them. They did nothing wrong. Did you guys notice those sicko's dropped the ramp on that trailer ? As the people were trying to get away from the sicko's, the ramp was dragging on the ground. God help us all cause this ol world is heading to hell unless we can get these evil people stopped. 

And people are still wondering why we have firearms! I am carrying everytime I leave the property, and there are guns ready around the house. I will protect my family, animals and property! 
This has to stop, and fast! 

One of the most ridiculous things i have seen throughout this. I do not understand the logic behind standing in the road, if someone can explain, I am all ears. 

I am impressed by this driver staying calm, I am like OP and would hae probaly full throddled it though there in fear. Trying to get into those horses, again, whats the point. ugh so sick.

eta, after being online for the better part of the afternoon I have not found any corroboration for this story.... sorry, don't want to be part of the problem by posting fake news that will only enrage more people!

A friend just posted this on fb!  I will be needing bail if this ever were to happen to me or my animals!  Eta, I am not sure if it is true, but then again, why would you lie about stuff like this...

"peaceful protestors" just happen to have gas bombs.  This is total BS. I am not a conspiracy theorist but hard not to believe alot of this is staged.

These idiots are sent in to cause violence.  There's no reason they should block a highway.  Blocking roadways is illegal.  By doing this they are trying to 

start ****. Who in their right mind would just stop and sit there in the middle of all those "peaceful protestors".

The driver was way calmer than I would have been.  I would have floored it.  Your dumbass blocks a highway you're accepting the risk that you may get hit.

Most of this post is rumors. It's been confirmed that the trailer in Tulsa had no horses in it. That doesn't mean I'm siding with the protesters. It just means that, while the gas poured on it is considered a terrorist act, thank goodness no horses were in there.

The story of the three horses being burned and one breaking its leg can't be confirmed. No one seems to be able to verify it. At all. It's looking like that one is fake. 

Correct, I also read there where no horses in the Tulsa trailer, thankfully! But it was a family driving the truck, 2 girls that are now terrified! I have been online for the most part of the afternoon and have not found anything to confirm the other attack, so lets hope that was a bs-story! 
People are on edge all over the place. I am very glad I don't have to go anywhere with the trailer anytime soon! 

that good news  question i  sure that the  family needs to be under radar  but . if they get arrested i dam sure will contribute a $$$
