| i am sure you all saw the horse traile rin tulsa. i can not imagine the terror of those folks. they were so trying to get in that trailer also did my question whuich i guuess i should just call my local sherrif but i that sitiutation what if you had shoyt someone or ran over trying to protect ur family? that was a mob with bloodlust they arrest a guy in tally same thing mob had him surrounded when do you have the right to protect ur selfin that situation |

| I just started a post on same thing. Didn't see this one. Sorry about that!! But if it was ME...... and I felt my life was threatened ( and from the video I saw , theirs sure was) then I cannot see anyone being charged if you had to flee to save your life and property. I asked a cop friend of mine and have not heard back yet. The driver was not just against protestors and using his rig as a means to stop them. These were thugs and lives were at stake. He drove pretty calmly considering. I would have probably gone about 65mph if I saw that coming. |

Location: SW MO | Yesterday morning I got up at 5 and saw a video of this. The truck was moving slowly forward, giving people plenty of time to get out of the way BUT instead people were beating on the truck and trailer trying to break the windows out, hanging on the front of truck, hanging on the mirrors trying to tear them off. They let down the ramp on the trailer trying to get into the horses. Then a man threw ...a smoking object in one the trailer windows. Only when he was clear of the people did he speed up and headed straight to some highway patrol cars sitting on the highway. He jumped out put his ramp up and sped off away from the screaming crowd. About 20 min.later I was going to show this video to my husband but couldn't find it. I did find one that showed the last part of the horrific incident. A little later it to was gone. Then last night there was a News channel post that said truck rammed into peaceful protesters and video they showed had a very short clip of the truck and trailer traveling much faster than it had been in any of the dozen different videos I had seen during the day...... Facebook and media at their finest. |

i saw where a tulsa newpaper was so distored lies actually about that i sure as h eck hope he was not charged they were given time to move but by d you start beating like they were heck hundred of $$$ damage to that truck and trailer. if that 1 guy on face book is correct the 1 throwing at trailer he needs to be sued |

thank goodness for that video , ithat dam tulsa tar has still not corrected its writing on tthiis i wpuld strongly suggest camera that take video in truck cars. i work major truck line those have saves several driveres |

You are soo right! I've had a dash cam in my truck for a couple of years now. Hopefully I'll never need to use it, but it does help in situations like this. They are cheap enough ($30-$40 will get you a decent one at Amazon) that it won't hurt to have one in every vehicle.
And lets keep this video around since it has been deleted from fb everywhere I saw it. |

| Here in Houston they're "feeling their oats", walking into traffic, riding bicycles on sidewalks, relieving themselves publicly, etc. Thank god and our founding fathers for the 2nd Amendment. |
