| My sister Kay Blandford had a horse fall with her. She was airlifted to University trauma center in San Antonio Sunday..is in ICU still, she is coherent,and knows everyone, but can't remember what happened. Laceration on head, and 6 broken ribs. I am leaving tomorrow Thursday to go stay with her until she is able to get up and down on her own at home. I live 6 hours from Kay.. so pray for safe travels. Location: Bastrop, Texas | Ouch! 6 ribs....that's one heck of a wallop. She's going to be awfully sore for a while, especially after the epidural comes out. I'm glad she's up and around a little. Does Kay wear a helmet now? If she doesn't, I hope she does from now on. prayers |
