I found out I was pregnant so I'm selling all of my horses except two. One isn't sellable so I have a lady that's going to lease her for breeding. Me other I'm leasing for a child to use until I'm back riding. Is there anyone that can help me with these contracts? I want to make sure I have everything covered and I wasn't really able to find anything on google. 

AQHA has a breeding lease on the web site tha should take care of that one
