What is the best way to package a saddle pad when shipping? Do you try to put it in a box or some other way? I will probably try to ship through USPS.

I have never shipped a saddle pad but I have seen on here BHW that some ship a pad in a feed bag.

That is a good idea. Thanks!

I bought a 5 star about a month ago and I got it in an inside out plastic feed bag that was sealed with tape. It worked really well.

I received one that was wrapped in the thick, heavy duty trash bags and then sealed with a ton of tape.

I ship lots of pads and I turn two feed bags inside out slip the pad down in one and then upside down into the other one so both ends are covered well. That way the packaging is light and doesn't add a lot to the shipping. They are easy to address with a sharpie. I always run clear tape over the addresses just in case it gets wet so it doesn't run.
