Elite Veteran Posts: 772 Location: Cody, WY	Hey everyone! I just had a very generous job offer in the Birmingham area! I'm seriously considering it. Does anyone know anyone who has horses in that area? Any advice when looking for housing there? what's the barrel racing scene like?

Expert Posts: 1580 Location: Down South	I can't tell you about housing, but I do know there are a good many races to chose from in close proximity to B'ham. Odenville, Vincent, Calera, Tuscaloosa area, Cullman. I am next door in MS, so I see alot of events shared via friends on FB and plus on the pages I follow on FB. Good luck to you!

	I don't know about housing but the barrel races are enough to keep you hauling and some good vets in the area.
