I just sold one of my treeless saddles on Facebook today. Should I wrap the horn with anything? Not sure exactly if I should do anything differently to it when boxing it up

When I have shipped a Treeless I would wrap the horn and use a tight box so the saddle wont do any moving around.

I shipped a saddle that wasn't treeless and bought one of those cheapy pillows to tuck in beside it and protect the horn, swells and cantle.  It was a nearly new saddle and I wanted it to arrive to its new owner with no scrapes or scratches.
