What is the average cost per mile to ship? 203 miles there, 203 miles back so total 406 miles. 

I'm not sure on the current rates, but I believe I was always quoted "per loaded mile." 

$1 / mile for longer hauls where they can put a load together.  A 200 mile haul would be much more expensive. 

I was going to say at least $1.00 per mile, if not higher.
