anyone have a review on specifically their hoof supplement?

I've never used their hoof supplement specifically... but I have used the regular wellness formula along with their metabolic support and really liked it. I still use the metabolic support and I just ordered their vitamin E for a new horse we got. As always I appreciate their customer service. Unfortunately I've been seeing negative comments on their Facebook page lately about shipping taking longer and some of their prices apparently have increased? I read a few complaints on that. All was blamed on the pandemic. But I've always had excellent customer service from that company and good results from their products so I don't really think you can go wrong with anything from them... most of the complaints were coming from people who are using the k9 products... 

They discontinued some of their flavors of CJ formula and my horses will not touch it !! As In not even remotely try. So there goes 175.00 down the drain. 

Did you ask for a refund? They are usually really good about that.. or they use to be anyway. I bought a big 25lb bucket of the wellness from my vet and noticed like 3 days later it was expired.. I called platinum and asked them if it would still be ok being 3 months past the expiration date.. they sent me another 25lb bucket completely free of charge .. I didn't even pay shipping on it or even showed them my receipt from my vet... I was pretty impressed with that. 

I messaged them on FB and they said to call them tomorrow. She did admit to me that some horses just never take to it. 

I hope you get your money back or maybe a different flavor! I don't think I've ever had my horse refuse to eat anything lol! And some of the stuff I've offered him smelled terrible! But he never cared

. I have never use the Platinum Performance supplements they are just way to pricey for me. I use MVP's supplements and Uckele's. And the Farriers Formula when I was thinking my horses hooves needed more. I now use Uckele Tri Amino (this is a Amino acid supplement for horses) and this works for hooves as well as for hair, coat, muscle and more. 

Platinum is sending me some free samples of an oil that they says horses love with the CJ mixed in. They did refund my money however for the trouble. Super good customer service. 

I've been using it for several months,  it seems to work pretty good.
