| I've read it's a great feed for laminitis horses. It's an ingredient in a lot of feeds but I have never just fed it. Do horses like it? Thanks.

| Yes. I've never fed it just plain, but it's in almost every senior feed I've ever tried. Never had an issue. |

| Only had 1 horse refuse it but he was exceptionally picky about his feed. He wouldn't touch Bluebonnet x factor either. And that stuff smells heavenly! He was weird.. all I can come up with. |

Beet Pulp is good if molasses free! I like feeding it to my old Donkey since hes a hard keeper, he hardly has any back teeth and this helps him out alot to keep that added weight. |

| Any horse I have ever fed it to loved it. I have one mare that refuses to eat her feed if I add Forco or any other supplement. But if I add soaked beet pulp she will eat it every time. |

Picked up some standlee pellets and they say no added molasses just the natural molasses. Ive heard you can soak and rinse it a few times to take the sugar away? |

I have never used the pelleted beet pulp always have used the shredded and I like them, you can soak them if you want to but never had to. I just add it to the feed and never had any problems but I dont feed a whole either of the shredded beet pulp and my Donkey is a slow slow eater, he takes his time. I add a hand full to my IR gelding. I know the pellets you do need to soak them.

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | What type of feed are you putting/using for your gelding? I have been feeding Triple Crown Lite to my gelding going on 4 years now and it has been wonderful for him, and he looks awesome, hes the one that sheds out befor everybody else out here and his coat is always super shiny and hooves better then they ever been. You dont feed as much as you would with other feeds if your horse is a easy keeper. Its got minerals and vits that a metabolic horse needs. Theres a video on Triple Crowns site that you can watch talking about the feed. Triple Crown Lite was a life saver I think. Now with all this rain I have to be really careful of all the green grass, he cant go out to his pasture, unless its a few hours maybe once a week. I make sure hes got a belly full of hay so he wont pig out. |

Location: Kansas | We feed it to our older mare, the pellets and soak them for 30 minutes to an hour. She really isn't a fan, actually none of my horses like beet pulp, but I add a little bit of molasses to mix with it and add her grain. She does eat it though |
