Have you tried Three Forks? I see you are in MT. I have had the same problem with a mare I have. I am having trouble getting through to a popular saddle maker that I was told makes wide and extra wide trees - over 3 months is the short story - (I tried 2 of his trees on my mare and it was suggested by friends to get him to do a custom fit) so I have started looking at others. Coincidentally, right now I have two trees from Three Forks of the Sue Smith to try - the wide looks pretty good on her and another wide horse. I am waiting to hear the measurements on them - I can't find any info on that part. And I haven't heard a lot of feedback from others on the wide fit. They make BEAUTIFUL SADDLES! I have had their Neil Merrill flex tree in the past for a different horse. I wish more makers used bare trees for fitting. Coats, Stoney and Three Forks does for sure. I took my mare into Teskeys for a fitting and none of their saddles fit great - but I was having to guess with all the leather skirting and fluffy fleece. I became saddle poor with my previous barrel horse that was narrow, high-withered where I tried over 60 kinds of saddles on him- now I'm having to go the completely opposite direction! Actually stopped riding her for 6 months because I couldn't lope a circle w/o saddle sliding to the side.
