Asking for a friend - 

I am not from NC, but my friend is. I am have a good deal of experience with colts and am helping her shop for a good minded, well bred barrel prospect. However, I am not from North Carolina so I am unaware of good qh breeders in that area that are reputable.

Looking for good barrel horse names especially, but wouldn't mind some cow horse in the mix. Any help or advice you can offer, as well as breeders to steer clear from, would be greatly appreciated.

If she can go down to South Carolina, Jim and Stacy Warner are there, as is Craig Brooks and Leslie Willis. They have tons of nice ones coming through all the time.
