Shes looking much better and face is healing nicely. I am going to try to attach photos. Her eye is opening back nice and she seems to see great.

Well I guess Some one forgot to tell Mother Nature its the middle of April here and it went down to 43 last night. We were in the low 80's last weekend and it's up to 69 this afternoon. You never know in Florida.

We are treating an injury to my daughter's horse almost exactly the same. Although your son's horse's cut looks bigger.  Ours is healing nicely, too, but it makes you cringe to think how close they came to losing an eye.  Our mare is also recovering from a fractured splint bone. Have more x-rays next week and am keeping fingers crossed.

I'll keep a prayer in there for your horse. Yeah it was extremley close to the eye she actually cut off the brow bone right above eye.
