Mike would probably be pretty good.  I haven't seen him start one, but I have seen a few that he currently has and he is successful with them.  You have to ask yourself if you can ride behind a man though.  If you can then go for it, if not then I'll give you some contacts.

You should be able to edit it then.  Go into the tool bar and look for resize.
