There is a mare run here that is a bang-up tank of a horse. She is owned by Bob & Norma Quisenberry & run by Norma. Amazing horse & amazing woman - she's 70+ I think? (Don't quote me on that, I would hate to think she's older than she is!) She WILL take your money.

Location: Tulsa, Ok | Like it or not color prejudice exists. I admit I am biased.
If your lined up a cremello, a perlino, an app, a loud marked paint, and a brown horse, basically equal in all other categories, I will take the brown horse every single time. If I was choosing between two paints and one was blue eyed and the other brown, I would always pick the brown eyes. Eyes surrounded by pink skin are not attractive to me either.
I know a lot of people that feel the same way. |

That's a nice horse!! Jimmy Seed used to own him. Jimmy sold him to Norma, I know from talking to him he should have kepted her, now he has her full sister...I think the mares name is Kmart blue light speical, I think he got her out of Kentucky. |

They are bred by my friend Jayma Jo Shomaker http://www.shomakerfarms.com/
She owns the sire and the dam. They used to stand Shoot Yeah until his death. Great breeding. |

Location: BFE, Idaho | I had a really nice all cow bred filly born the first year AQHA let them in. It was a bran spaz on my part. I had booked my top mare to a good reined cow stallion(dark chocolate pally) and they offered a discount on my other mare whom was unproven but bred to the hilt for that line of work, well she was a dark buckskin.
When foal was born, holy cow it was pink!!! I flipped out, but she turned to a perlino as a yearling. She had a hip to die for and the cutest little head, and brains to match. 1Left took her to Vegas for me and sold her, I think she is doing playdays/gymkanas in California?
In both Vegas and CA they never had a problem with her skin nor eyes. |

Location: out in Oklahoma | Mine are neither cremello or perlino but they are white if that counts. I am trying to decide whether to run the colt on the track or not but the filly I have started on barrels. I love color!

This is the colt

And this is the filly
