Tell me what you love, tell me what you tolerate, tell me what you hate. Oh and tell me which one you have!

I have two MAcbook Pros and a desktop. Took awhile to get used to switching from and PC and remembering which icons were for which programs since I've always run Windows before. Definitely very user friendly. I was taking my old laptops and desktops to get fixed every couple weeks and I have had Macs for 5 years now and am still waiting for my first problem (knock on wood). LOVE LOVE LOVE not having to worry about viruses anymore :)

I am on my 2nd Mac! I had a MacBook pro (which I loved), and now have a MacBook Air which I love even more. I spent some time in Africa and while I was there my computer did crash, but I took it to the IT guy on a nearby missionary compound and he fixed it back to as good as new within a couple of hours- no harm no foul, all my documents, pictures, etc. were still there and I never had a problem with it again.

The pros are heavy, if that bothers you, and the Air doesn't have a disc drive but I just got an external disc drive that plugs right into the USB and it's been wonderful :) I will say that the only thing I DESPISE about apple products are that you literally have to PAY for answers to questions even just on the phone... Apple charges you to use Apple Care answer questions about their products, HOWEVER the upside of that is that most techies can fix Apple stuff for you easily and other than the initial getting used to the differences between Mac and PC, there aren't many problems! There are also COUNTLESS online answers/forums to help with your questions if you have them.
