Location: Qld Australia		Last weekend I got most of my decorations up including the tablecloth and placemats. I spent all Sunday either cleaning/decorating or cooking and we had a big roast lunch on our newly Christmas decorated table.

Today (Sunday for me) I have just done another awesome pork roast with all the trimming, INCLUDING plum pudding and custard for desert. mmmmmmm

The roast was actually a trial run of a new pork product that my husband is trying. It is the whole pork loin with the rib bone in so it looks a bit like those lamb roasts you see with little chef hats on the bone. It has a core of diced apple and sage. When baked and the crackling is just right, you carve it into really thick steaks. Top with gravy and apple sauce and even in Qld's hot, hot summer, you have a yummmmmy dinner.

I feel like the last two weekends I am doing trial runs for Christmas day lol. The plum pudding was a complete impulse addition, we rarely even eat desert except for special occasions. These yummy meals make me wish we had relatives or friends close enough to have a Christmas party instead of just hubby, our son and I as usual for Chrissy.

Ok, tell me truthfully, whose hungry?
