Is there something to put on your seat to make you stay in it and not slide around? I feel like I've seen them before just don't know what they're called. No looking for the one with the leg straps to hold you on

Make sure you have the correct seat size and that your stirrups are short enough. At least that's how it works for me.
What is the seat on your saddle? Suede, ostrich, stingray etc? and are the jockeys smooth, tooled or roughout?

There is a product called Sadl Tite that is in a "stick" type container that you push up but it does leave a residue. Another one is a spray & is called Sporty Haft I believe. My old saddle was horribly slippery & when my mare would turn she would almost sling me right out if I didn't put that spray on before hand. It doesn't leave as much residue either.

I have a BEAUTIFUL Bob Marshall saddle with an ostrich seat. Covered in an ugly magic seat bottom. I don't use the leg straps but the base sure helps!

THIS
I used this on my H/J saddles. It will leave a slight residue, but it was better than my tall boots with no grip. Works very well.
