Does anyone know if the fairgrounds in North Platte, NE is open to stop at and stay over with horses? Will there be outside pens to put horses in? Thanks!

Location: Wonderful Wyoming		I was there in 05 and everything was locked. We left them tied to the trailer there and took a quick nap.

Location: Roping pen		The fairgrounds is typically open. I know all summer it was. I doubt the water is on being winter. We have used it a bunch in the summer and they just ask you leave a little cash in the box.

Now the Buffalo Bill arena is typically locked up.
