Does anyone have experience with the Dale Martin Reinsman X-Series barrel saddles??? Looking at buying one, just want to know how they are since I've never had one.

I had one for about 7 years. just sold it as it doesnt fit either of my horses I have now. They are better made than a normal reinsman. Dale Martin designed a new tree for them and they have better quality leather that is quite nice. Mine still looked brand new after the 7 years. The seats do fit a bit big though. I had a 14" and should have had a 13.5 or smaller. The lady that bought it rides in a 15" and the 14" fit her perfect. I would have never sold it if it fit my horses better.

I really like mine but it doesn't seem to fit most of my horses. High quality though, really we'll made.

I just traded for one with a 7" gullet and I love it! Most all my horses use a 7" gullet and it fits all of them nicely!
