| God wants us, His children, to honor and respect Him. When you honor and respect the Lord, you are more likely to listen to His voice. But God encourages us to do more than just listen to His voice. He calls us to obedience and to action! remember the words of James " Be doers of the word and not hearers only"
Will you draw near to the Lord and hear His voice?
The question is , does your heart break over the things that break the very heart of God? As our heart breaks, God promises to be close to us, bringing us His peace and protection.
Do you need God today? You should, an you always will. Admit it. Tell God you need Him and thank Him for being there. You will need to remember this truth throughout your life. The Bible does not promise a Christian life free from struggle. But it does promise that God WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU. He will be present in the easy times as well as the difficult times.
Psalm 34:11-13 Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Who is the man who desires life, and moves many days, that he may see good? Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from deceit.
15 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry.
FOR IT IS WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.
