| Where do you get beads and a loom?? How much are they normally?? And then how do you attach them to leather, what's the best way?? Thinking of trying this, since so many girls around me seem to be doing it. Thanks! |

| I built my own loom was easy if you have all of the equip. And for the beads there is lots listed on ebay, just suggest that you get them all from the same place and make sure they are all the same size. Shipwreck beads is a huge website to order from also. Could possibly build some for you if your interested. Mine can go long enough for a hatband or belt. |

When attaching to leather, cut the leather the same size as outside of finished beaded project and whipstitch it on. |

Location: Texas | Artbeads.com I buy the Miyuki Delicas for all of my bead work. You may be able to get a loom there too. I do Loom, Peyote and brick stitch beading. |

Location: Kids have taken over the house...check the barn! | I got my very first loom from hobby lobby in the kids section. I have upgraded to a longer loom from www.crazycow.com I buy mmy beads from fire mountain gems and get the delica seed beads size 11. I think I spent 40 on the loom. I sew my beads onto leather after I glue with e-6000 its easy once you get the hang of it. I also use software on the computer to layout my designs |

Location: Viola, IL | Just wanted to say thank you, to everyone sharing information. I have always had an interest in learning beading, not to make a profit, but for something to do. But have always hated to ask, because not everyone wants to share their knowledge, because so many people are doing things to make money. |

| if you are going to bead an over and under I would suggest peyote stitching it right on the over and under and not doing it on the loom first. would be much easier |
