I just bought a new horse and is much wider than the horse I owned before. I tried on a few that everyone said was wider but nothing looked right. Finally got a hold of a friends Cactus Charmayne James Saddle and it fit great. Is there other saddles out there that fit wide like it does? Does anyone on here have one for sale? I need a 15.5 might consider a 15 (do they fit larger or smaller for a 15?). Would have to be able to be shipped to Canada, I can pay for shipping. Please let me know input! Especially if you have on or other ideas that might fit him :)

The Charmayne fit my mare the best of anything.  I see them used a lot. They do come in both 7 and 8" gullets. Nice saddles.

I am pretty sure the one I tried on was an 8". He was previously ridden in a 9" Martin Crown C, but I can't afford that right now so hoping to find a used CJ :)

You can find them used and in the size your looking for very easily.  Keep checking on the BHW ads.  I have 2 of them, they fit my horses great.

Now looking for a 15.5 (maybe 15) Crown C with a 9" Gullet. If you have anything let me know! After having a long ride in the CJ it was borderline to small still.
