Recipe for digestive issues!

I went to another new doctor and he simply gave me the recipe of what he has for breakfast every morning that helps with constipation and irregularity and let me tell you, it's been a life saver!
(Knock on wood
) But it's worked for me everyday! So here it goes.
-8-12 oz
(however much you want
) of milk. I use skim and I guess you could use almond milk as well!
-1 Banana. I sometimes use it and sometimes don't.
-2 cups of fruit. I use raspberries and frozen blueberries, mangos, strawberries, etc. Sometimes an apple too!
-Some frozen orange concentrate. I haven't used it yet just because I don't have any right now.
-Organic honey for taste if you'd like! He said the non pasteurized is the best. I use it and love it.
-MOST importantly, 2 tablespoons of whole flax seed, not flax seed meal.
-He also said soybean powder but I haven't used it yet because I don't have it right now either.
Blend this all up, especially in a blender strong like a Nutribullet or something and wallah! I personally love having this every morning because it sets the tone for eating healthy the rest of the day, it's somewhat light but filling, and really helps me to finally be normal every day! First thing that's helped like this is in TWO years. I hate to even say it because I'm afraid I'll jinx myself. Lol. I also drink tons and tons of water which helps because I wasn't drinking enough. Everyone's different but I wanted to share this so maybe anyone out there with issues could try it too! Hope it helps

Congrats, would caution on almond milk as some has a lot of sugar in it

Not the unsweetened kind.
