Asking everyone what your thoughts are on Jerry's Disco Moon Horses? I have heard that they are very light and supple, I just purchased a broody and would like thoughts on crosses?

Also Have a Hot Colours mare as well...any thoughts?

This is Flashy Disco aka Spider- Disco Jerry and Lady Bug Laura.  He is very sweet, light and supple.  First video is my daughter who runs him in the 1D, she handles him more than I do but she is also going much faster.  2nd is me hanging on- I am not a 1D rider, I go a lot slower and don't have to touch him at all during the run.
I wish I had 10 of him.

Had a granddaughter of disco Jerry she was hot, the top side of the mare not know for hotness, so I attributed it to disco Jerry. I would still own more if disco Jerry was on the bottom side as I heard he was a broodmare sire.

Spider is not hot but he is a "looker".   We bought him as  a 7 year old and he was so nervous and scared of everything.   He didn't get the time he needed where he came from, pushed too hard too young because he was talented.   Each month we had him we saw improvement but he definitely has a very sensitive personality and I would consider him a late maturer.   I am not sure how much we dealt with was just him or because of his tough early training.   He is the sweetest horse we have ever owned.  He needs to be bonded with you and trust his rider.

I love Jerry and his colts. Several big names have colts by him, Kay Blandford (training one for a client), Sheena Robbins, Dolli Lautaret, Sheena Robbins, Pete Oen (has one in training for a client), Kenna Squires, etc. A lot of them will hopefully be hitting the futurity pen in December. Jerry doesn't stand to the public, so he has a limited foal crop.

I have heard several things. The gentleman that I have purchased her from said that the JDM horses are energetic, light and supple. He has several that was taken to the track and had problems with because jockies were heavy handed on them, got a little rough and didn't do so great from there. He's wishing now he would've put them into reining training for a couple years before he tried to push them. He said that he's been trying to cross them back on something more laid back, like a Dash for Perks, Perks alive, Dash ta fame. Any thoughts on that?

To Old Grey

She is a 12yr old Jerry's Disco Moon daughter out of a Northern Dancer daughter ( I REALLY stumbled on her)

The Hot Colours mare is a daughter, out of a granddaughter of Dash for Cash/Three Bar bred mare.
