Was at our local huge tack shop yesterday. Got excited to find a 5Star to finally see in person. Showed my husband (because I've been wanting one FOREVER) and told him that I've heard that they are pretty much the best. Tack shop employee said that the Zones with zoombang are better and showed me one. It looked really nice. I'm torn! It will be going under the Triple Creek I just ordered.

I Love love my 5 Stars, never had a CE Zone so I cant say what is better, but you get what will work for you and make you and you're horse happy.

I have both saddle pads. I love them both, but my 5 Star is by far the best I find myself using it more. The 5 Star feels so much better.

JMO, I think the 5Star disperses steady pressure better than the zone pad. That zoombang stuff is made for impacts, not steady pressure--so I might be interested if I was a roper.

I have both in my barn.  I use the 5 Stars and love them.  My husband who is a roper wasn't caring for his 5 Star so we bought the CE Zone to try, he loves it.

My 5 star is by far the best investment I've ever made. Super nice, soft pad...absolutely love it

I've never tried  CE Zone but looked at one recently at  tack store.  I cannot imagine why they would say it was better than a 5 Star unless they got a kickback for selling the CE products.  I own 5 5 Stars - love them.

I have a zone pad, well actually now 2. Sold my 5 stars. I like the zone pad better! They are great pads. Funny, the tack shop I went to was saying how the zone pads were better than the 5stars as well!
