Has anyone had any experience with the new Exiss Living Quarters Trailers?
I need to downsize and found a cute little one that looks like it would work for me. I know they are not "top of the line", but I don't need a trailer to haul to the NFR in.
Anyone have any opinions? Pros and Cons?

We had a three horse Exiss about two years ago with just a dressing room.

I ended up hating that trailer. It started to leak in the dressing room....when we were shopping for a living quarters we did look at an Exiss because it was priced so low.

We opened up the door and you could smell the water damage. The entire living quarters would have probably needed to be ripped out and redone.

Needless to say-we went with a Custom Fab. Doesn't have the "name" brand, but is a generic 4Star(someone left 4Star, and started their own trailer line Custom Fab was the result) and is a super solidly built trailer.

If you purchase I would make sure there is no water damage....and then make sure you calk all seals every year as a preventative measure.

i had a new  2008 -5'l/q 4 h several years ago... it was cheap to buy and was serviceable for what I needed at the time, couldn't wait to sell it though.  Didn't have any problems with it as far a leaks, but you could tell it wasn't well insulated, in the winter I couldn't stay warm even with heat on I slept under a electric blanket - sort of like driving a VW over a BMW.
