google said mud fever. but I want to know what you think. she had this way before mud/rain even came.
as you can tell her hair where this is, is gone a few small patches there. but its all scabd and skin. doesn't affect her riding she isn't lame doesn't limp or favor it.

what do you think it could be? no hair just skin and scabs. only on her white socks. she has it on her front too but more hair is on the front  and isn't as bad ad the back.

need all the help I can so I can get her better

I saw the pictures of it in another post you made of your horse and it to me looks alot like what the old timers called Sand Burn, I really dont know what causes it, maybe someone else can help you out. I'm not saying its Sand Burn but is looks like what I have seen in it.

I would be cleaning it with a med shampoo and start using Vetericyn on it, looks like some type of fungus.

Google search Microtek Shampoo. That stuff is amazing.. Got rid of the nastiest rain rot I have ever seen in two washes.
ETA: It will kill any fungus you throw it at.

If it is a fungus, and this is what it looks like to me, I would apply sauerkraut to the area, wrap it change daily for a week.

For fungus all you have to do is change the ph level of the skin, so if you soaked a feminine pad in vinegar applied and wrapped it on the leg and left it, that would work too.
