Location: At the barn		Had it, didn't like it. I too have heard of damage occurring underneath and you have no idea until you have a disaster. If you do it, I would only do it to a new floor. You don't want to risk putting it on top of a spot that is already about to corrode. I just prefer being able to see my actual floor so I know what shape it is in.

Location: Okla		 I've had mine mine for 10 yrs. and I love it!!  I did have one spot that gasoline had leaked on and the WERM bubbled and deteriorated.  The dealer replaced that area and it's good as new.
