What Feed and Calmer for this mare??
Location: Choctaw, OK
I am needing some feed and supplement ideas! I've been off for two years and just got a new mare. She is VERY hot and needs weight put on. Also has a bad crack in her hoof and just hasn't been well cared for at all. Any good total transformation supplements? And feed that would help with weight and not cause her to be more hot? What is a good calmer that is safe and works? Can't afford anything super expensive. I'm in OK. Thanks!!

Triple crown senior ! I have a mare like you are describing . TC senior did wonders for that horse !! I would definitely recommend trying it :
) you won't be disappointed .

We have a mare who is hot hot hot! She is getting renew gold and she has really focused and settled down. You now would never know she is really as hot and hair triggered like she naturally is. She is a cool cucumber now.

Haystack special blend high fat high protein pellets. Best I've used. They are made in Oregon by a vet. Amazing. I add flax seed oil. My horse wouldn't eat renew gold :
( I've used ultium, it worked pretty good. Triple crown senior wasn't bad, but it didn't meet my horses protein requirements.
