At least I think they are meal worms. I didn't have them last year. another owner thinks they may be coming from the cow mash stored in another building
(open aired
) Does anyone have experiences? I have found 3 at the most over night.
They are fresh buckets, dumped every morning. I scrub them every morning and use bleach every other weekend. The stalls are cleaned daily. My feed is stored in tubs... I haven't got a clue where they are coming from.
Does anyone have any information? are they dangerous? Are my horses going to be featured on the next "monsters inside me" TV show?

hahaha no monsters inside you! hate that show grosses me out!
We get them all the time never had any issues with the horses. I think we get them from the ground they just crawl around and fall in! Being that they are heavy they tend to go right to the bottom

It grosses me out too. I watched it once and have had reoccurring dreams about creepy parasites! Thank you :
) I just thought it was weird because I can't find any except in my water buckets!
