| My neighbor feeds it and i gotta say the whole barn is gleaming. A friend of mine feeds it also and said her horses feet grow like crazy now that shes gotta trim every 6 weeks. I never looked into it but from what little i see/hear its good...$26 good?? Idk?? |

| I fed PowerGlo and loved it. It's no longer in my area though. After calling several stores several hours away, no one carrys it. Some said they could order it but that's what I was doing before and it doesn't work out well when they keep running out and you are out of feed. |

I did - am trying to feed Ultra Fiber - but just like EVERY other pelleted feed. My horse stopped eating it - I would like to feed something other than Co-op feed but I can't seem to make him eat anything else. |

I had this problem as well- loved the Power Glo but the feed store kept running out. I feed ADM Patriot Performance in the blue bag, 12 % protien 10% fat. It does what I need it to do, but are my horses "gleaming"... no.

Location: Missouri | I started feeding ADM primeglo about a month ago to my easy keeper and she is looking and feeling great on it! It took her a little to get switched / used to it going from Purina healthy edge, but now she absolutly loves it!! I like this feed a lot because you can feed such a small amount and they still get the correct amount of vitamins and minerals they need and it is the same from bag to bag. I feed her 2 pounds a day with reg. Grass hay. Love it!! |

Location: Down South | I feed ADM feeds. Several years ago I was attending a 3 day event and the local supplier had a booth set-up. I spent just about the entire weekend at the booth asking questions, reading and educating myself on the proper way to feed my horses for their jobs. I had and still have a variety of horses in my barn. Geriatric, young, and competition horses (1 being Appendix bred and 1 regular quarter horse). I used to feed by the scoop, and everything was fed the same thing. My appendix was what I called a "stick horse". He got what everything else did, but he was thin. When I educated myself via the ADM supplier I learned that each of my horses needed something different because of who they are and what their job is. I began feeding by the "pound" according to their job, age, & breeding. I also learned another fact that is important to me: ADM's feed recipe is always the same. It was explained to me that other manufacturer's change up their "recipe" according to the market cost of ingredients. If corn is less expensive than oats at the time they purchase, they will change up their recipe and put more corn, because it was less expensive. ADM keeps the same recipe no matter what the cost of the ingredient is, and price is reflected when purchasing my feed. Lately it's remained the same, or within .25 cents to .75 cents. My point: feed recipe is always consistent and price is reflected whether it be an increase in the cost I pay, or a decrease.
I feed SeniorGlo to my geriatric girl (she's over 30 years old) and also add the fat supplment Healthy Glo. For my appendix competition horse, he gets UltraFiber and Healthy Glo . . his coat is always beautiful and shiny and I receive many compliments on his appearance. My AQHA competition horse gets only UltraFiber (she doesn't need the added fat). Same for the 4 year old, just UltraFiber.
I love my ADM feeds, and what makes it even more appealing is . . I don't have to go pick it up.! Where I live it's carried by an independent supplier who has other individuals who distribute for him. My supplier's work brings her by my house and she deliver my feed every 2 weeks.!  |

Try soaking some pelleted alfalfa (I use the alfalfa /Timothy mix) and mix with your feed. My horses love those pellets, and honestly, it smells so good, I've been tempted to try it lol! The smell might entice them to eat the other feed right along with the alfalfa. |

That seems to be the only drawback I've found. ADM is a little difficult to work with scheduling shipments, so smaller stores will run out and be out several days sometimes. |

| I have fed Power Glo,Sr Glo and Ultra Fiber. Love their feed. But decided to go with no processed feed. I am now feeding Renew Gold and 1 lb of whole oats. 1 1/2 lbs of Renew Gold divided in two feedings. Alfalfa Hay and Timothy with Platinum Petformance CJ . All I can say is my horse has not ever looked this good. And she is a ulcer Prone horse. |

| I feed the Patroit 12% to our three and I love the way they look. I do have to drive an hour to get it and to go to a store that is stocked with plenty. But they make it worth my while because they are $6/ bag cheaper than the local dealer so I am happy to drive. |
